Gluten-Free Fish Sticks In The Oven With Cool Guacamole



PREPARE

1 pack Pescanova fish sticks from hake fillet, gluten-free

2 ripe avocados

juice and zest of 2 limes

2 tbsp coriander

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp onion, finely diced

1 tomato, diced

salt

pepper
- For the fish sticks In a preheated oven, we line a baking tray with parchment paper, put the fish sticks and bake at 200 °C for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
- For the guacamole In a mixing bowl, we toss in the avocados cut in large chunks. We squash them with a fork and combine with the remaining ingredients. To finish, we add the tomato and coriander. We season to taste.
