Mussels With Mustard, Finocchio And White Wine

1 pack of Pescanova mussel meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp capers, finely chopped
1 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
1 tsp mustard
1 glass white wine
  1. In a deep skillet with olive oil, we sauté the mussels with the finocchio, onion and garlic; we add the mustard and finish with the wine. Once combined, we add the parsley and spring onion and season to taste.
Tip: We debeard the mussels before cooking.
