Shrimp Saganaki With Ouzo, Green Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil And Feta
- For the saganaki In a deep skillet, we pour olive oil and sauté over high heat the shrimps, pepper, onion, finocchio, garlic; we finish with the ouzo. We add the tomato along with the sugar and seasoning and boil until we get a thick sauce. We toss in the feta, cherry tomatoes, basil and spring onion.
