Shrimp Saganaki With Ouzo, Green Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil And Feta

PREPARE

2 tbsp green pepper, diced
1 pack Pescanova Vannamei small shrimps peeled
1 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp finocchio, finely chopped
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp canned tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp ouzo
6 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
100g feta, crushed
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
olive oil
salt
pepper
sugar
  1. For the saganaki In a deep skillet, we pour olive oil and sauté over high heat the shrimps, pepper, onion, finocchio, garlic; we finish with the ouzo. We add the tomato along with the sugar and seasoning and boil until we get a thick sauce. We toss in the feta, cherry tomatoes, basil and spring onion.
