Squid Fillet With Pico De Gallo
- For the pico de gallo We marinate all the ingredients (apart from the squid) in a mixing bowl for 40 minutes.
- For the squid We sprinkle the squid with salt, pepper and olive oil and cook in a pan over high heat for 40 seconds on each side. We take it off the heat and serve on the pico de gallo.
