1 pack Pescanova fish sticks from hake fillet, gluten-free
1 pack soft corn tortillas
100g mayonnaise
1 lime, cut in 4 quarters
iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
1 tomato, sliced
2 tbsp coriander
½ cucumber in slices
1 red pepper, cut in long thin strips
sunflower oil, for frying
  1. For the fish sticks In a hot skillet with sunflower oil, we fry the fish sticks until golden brown. We drain them on absorbent paper towels.
  2. For the tacos We spread the mayonnaise over the tacos and fill them with the fish sticks and vegetables; we garnish with the coriander and drizzle with lime.
