PREPARE

1 pack Pescanova fish sticks from hake fillet, gluten-free

1 pack soft corn tortillas

100g mayonnaise

1 lime, cut in 4 quarters

iceberg lettuce, finely chopped

1 tomato, sliced

2 tbsp coriander

½ cucumber in slices

1 red pepper, cut in long thin strips

sunflower oil, for frying
- For the fish sticks In a hot skillet with sunflower oil, we fry the fish sticks until golden brown. We drain them on absorbent paper towels.
- For the tacos We spread the mayonnaise over the tacos and fill them with the fish sticks and vegetables; we garnish with the coriander and drizzle with lime.
